Review: Ago (West Hollywood)

Ago West Hollywood
Also, as some others have mentioned, the staff did indeed speak Italian. The team was very pleasant and was very open to recommendations and advice – I was impressed.
I chose, with a bit of advice from our friendly server, the Pesce Bianco. The texture was soft but did not tear as I expected, possibly the sautée? The taste was colorful with the spinach and artichokes – especially with combined bites; I certainly recommend this dish. Her Paste e Risotti was great to levels of a cleaned plate as well. Moreover the team took it upon themselves, after overhearing a bit of our conversation, to gift us dessert.
